Leaving your dog with someone new takes trust. We don’t ask you to take it on faith — here’s exactly what we check, and what protects you at every step.
Every host passes a government-ID check before their profile can go live. No exceptions.
Eligible bookings show their coverage, limits and exclusions before the owner pays.
Eligibility and the claims path stay attached to the booking, so support is never hidden.
Host profiles bring home details, experience, ratings and owner feedback together in one place.
Identity is checked before listing. Home details and the meet-and-greet add context before a stay.
A passport, national ID or driving licence is submitted privately for review.
A current camera capture helps confirm the document belongs to the host.
The host provides their address, household details and photos. These are host-provided, not an inspection.
The booking flow asks both sides to meet before a first stay moves forward.
During every stay
Photos, videos and care updates sit in one live timeline. Agree the update rhythm during the meet-and-greet, then message your host inside Pawliday at any time.
Launch cancellation rule
Owners and hosts can cancel inside the booking before the stay begins. Unpaid requests close immediately. A paid booking receives a full refund to the owner's original payment method.
Once a stay has begun, use Pawliday support so the dog's care and any payment decision can be handled safely.
Insurance
For an eligible booking, the checkout must show the provider, what is covered, the limit, exclusions, excess or deductible, and how to start a claim. Nothing is described as covered unless those terms are attached to that booking.
Pawliday Guarantee
Eligible stays keep the guarantee terms, support contact, evidence requirements and claims steps inside the booking. Final eligibility and remedy depend on the approved launch terms shown before payment.
