- 1Open Pawliday on your phone.
- 2Open Account settings.
- 3Choose Privacy and data.
- 4Select Request account deletion and confirm.
Account and data
Delete your Pawliday account.
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data either from the Pawliday app or by sending us a verified email request.
Without app access
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address registered to your Pawliday account and use the subject “Account deletion request”. We may ask for information to verify ownership.

- Deleted
Account, profile, dog, listing, saved address and uploaded media data that is no longer required.
- Resolved first
Active stays, refunds, balances, payouts, safety cases or disputes must be completed.
- Limited retention
Payment, tax, fraud-prevention, safety and legal records may be kept when required by law.
- Confirmation
We record the request and contact you if identity verification or another step is required.
